The Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix is our all new reformulated bread mix! Bread made from this mix is the secret to being able to eat sandwiches, toast and bread rolls again! 
 
With or without a bread machine, your baked bread will come out moist and fluffy. There will be no grittiness at all! In addition to the great texture, the Wholesome Bread Mix will give the bread the same great taste that you would find eating any French bread that contains gluten. Since the release of this bread mix, everyone who has made bread from this mix has been asking for more.
 
This mix makes one large bread loaf.

Bread Loaf
 
Ingredients:
1 package Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix
3 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/4 teaspoon Authentic Foods Dough Enhancer
2 1/4 teaspoon quick rise dry yeast (7 grams or 1 packet)
 
Directions for Bread Machine:
In a bowl, mix eggs, oil, warm water and Authentic Foods Dough Enhancer. Add 3/4 of the Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix to the liquid mixture and mix until smooth. Then blend in the yeast and the remainder of the Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix with a rubber spatula until batter is moist. Next, scrape the mixture into the bread machine bread pan. Using the personal baker cycle, set the bread machine to knead 10 minutes, rise 10 minutes, knead 6 minutes, rise 40 minutes, and bake approximately 65 minutes. The bread should rise 2 1/4 times its original height.
 
Directions for Oven Baking:
In a bowl, use an electric mixer to combine eggs, oil, warm water and Authentic Foods Dough Enhancer. Add 3/4 of the Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix to the liquid mixture and mix at low speed until smooth. Then blend in the yeast and the remainder of the Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix. Beat at medium speed until the batter is smooth. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then mix for 3 minutes at medium speed. With a spatula, scrape the batter into a 9 x 5 inch pan lined with parchment paper and place in a warm area to rise, approximately 60 minutes. The bread should rise about 2 1/4 times its original height. 
 
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the bread for approximately 50 to 60 minutes or until brown all over. Remove from pan. Cool on a wire rack.
