Directions:
Grease a donut pan and preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, Authentic Foods Multi-Blend Flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix until the mixture becomes uniform.
In another medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, milk and eggs together. Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture is uniform throughout.
In a larger bowl, add one third of the dry ingredient mixture and 1/3 of the wet ingredient mixture. Mix until combined. Then add another third of each mixture and mix until fully combined. Finally, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined. If an immersion blender is available, use the immersion blender to mix the ingredients more thoroughly and to create air bubbles.
Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, fill each donut mold 2/3 of the way up to the top. Smooth out the batter in each mold before baking. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick poked into the largest donut comes out clean. After 5 minutes, take the donuts out of the donut pan and let them cool on a cooling rack.
While the donuts are cooling, make the cream cheese glaze. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, 4 to 5 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Add sifted confectioner’s sugar and beat until combined, about 1 minute. Add salt and milk; mix on low speed until smooth. If you want the glaze to be thinner, add milk, 1 tbsp at a time. Then dip the donuts into the glaze, decorate and enjoy!
