2 cups Authentic Foods Pancake & Baking Mix

1 cup Authentic Foods Maple Sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil or light olive oil

2 eggs

½ cup milk

Powdered sugar for sprinkling

In a medium bowl, combine Authentic Foods Pancake & Baking Mix with maple sugar.  In another medium bowl, beat oil, eggs, and milk together.  Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until thoroughly combined.

Pour vegetable oil into a pan approximately 1 inch deep and heat to a minimum of 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Make small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter, using a spoon or ice cream scooper.  Fry the balls for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
