Bake/Cook Time: 15 Minutes

1 Package of Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix

3 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups warm water

1/4 teaspoon Authentic Foods Dough Enhancer

2 1/4 teaspoon quick rise dry yeast (7 grams)

Grease two 8 or 9 inch cake pans.

In a bowl, use an electric mixer to combine eggs, oil, warm water and Authentic Foods Dough Enhancer.  Add 3/4 of the Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix to the liquid mixture and mix at low speed until smooth.  Then blend in the yeast and the remainder of the Authentic Foods Wholesome Bread Mix.  Beat at medium speed until the batter is smooth.  Let it sit for 10 minutes and then mix for 3 minutes at medium speed.

Divide the dough between the two 8 inch (or 9 inch) cake pans.  Flatten the dough in the cake pans to fill them up evenly.  If the dough seems difficult to work with, spray some cooking spray on the dough to flatten it more easily.

Let the pizza crust rise in a warm area for 10 - 60 minutes.  Then preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.  Place the cake pans in the oven for 6 minutes to prebake the pizza crust.  Place your favorite toppings on your pizza and bake for another 6 to 10 minutes.  (Note: if you have a pizza stone or a  bread stone, take the pizza crust out of the cake pans when you bake it the second time and bake them on the pizza or bread stone.)
