Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
These really are the very best double chocolate chip cookies ever! They’re not too chocolatey, but chocolatey enough to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

1 package Authentic Foods Devil’s Food Chocolate Cake Mix

2 tablespoons stick margarine or butter, softened

2 tablespoons water

2 large egg whites

1 large egg

¾ cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Spray a large cookie pan with non-stick spray.  Set aside.

 

Combine water, egg whites, and egg in a large bowl until bubbly.  Then mix in the Authentic Foods Devil's Food Chocolate Cake Mix until batter is even throughout.  Using an electric mixture, add the butter and mix at medium speed for about 2 minutes.  Then mix in the chocolate chips.  Quickly spray a small ice cream scooper or a teaspoon with non-stick spray.  Use the ice cream scooper or teaspoon to drop the batter onto the cookie pan.  Keep each spoonful about 2 inches apart.  Then place in oven for about 10 minutes or until the cookie bounces up with a touch (if you touch a cookie and it sinks down, the cookie is not ready yet).
