Directions for Oven Baking:
Using a mixing bowl, combine eggs, oil, warm milk, and honey. Beat mixture until foamy. Add ¾ of the Authentic Foods White Bread Mix to mixture and mix until smooth. Add yeast, the remainder of the Authentic Foods White Bread Mix and 1 tablespoon of warm water. Then use a spatula to mix the ingredients until they are moist. Using the paddle on the electric mixer, beat batter at medium speed until batter is smooth. Then use a spatula to scrape the batter into a 9 x 5 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic food wrap that has been lightly greased and place the batter in a warm area to rise for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. The bread should rise about 2 ¼ times its original height. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the bread in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown all over. Remove from pan. Cool on a wire rack.
