What Bread Machine do you recommend to purchase ?
My recommendation for a bread machine is the Breadman TR3000 or TR2200. They are made by Salton Inc.. You can find these machines at most Department Stores. The reason I recommend these two machines is because they have a programmable settings for timing the kneading cycle, rising cycle, and baking cycle. This is most important because gluten-free breads only need one kneading and one rising. The other bread machines are programmable also, but only for fixed settings for making white bread, rye bread, etc. and does not allow any changes for kneading, mixing, rising, and baking.
