GLUTEN-FREE
BISCUITS

Ingredients:
| 1/2 cup of Authentic Foods Garfava Flour |
4 tablespoons Saco Buttermilk Powder |
| 1/4 cup potato starch |
1/4 cup of water depending on batter consistency |
| 1/4 cup corn starch |
2 eggs |
| 1/4 teaspoon Authentic Foods Xanthan Gum |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
| 8 teaspoons baking powder |

Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients separately from liquid. Then add liquid to
dry and mix well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a grease cookie sheet drop
by spoonful approximately 10 to 12 biscuits. Now, place in oven and bake for
approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Yum!!
